Judson recognized in 2026 Benchmark 40 & Under Rankings

We are pleased to share that Douglas W. Judson has been recognized in Benchmark's 40 and Under rankings for 2026.

Benchmark's 40 and Under recognizes Canada's top litigators aged 40 or under. This year's edition features 166 lawyers, with 79 new additions.

Doug maintains a general civil litigation practice, with a growing focus on defamation, human rights, municipal law, and Charter litigation.

Some of Doug's notable reported decisions from the past year include Rainbow Alliance Dryden et al v. Webster, Canadian AIDS Treatment Information Exchange et al v. Blackwell, Gibson v. Cunningham, and Air Passenger Rights v. Attorney General of Canada.
